What is already here about you
Playsa has read the city club register, the federation club search and your own website, and gathered the groups we found. Every detail carries its source and the date it was read. Until someone at your organisation takes over the page, the groups stand as unconfirmed, and parents see that the details may be old.
What you get when you take over
You go through detail by detail: name, times, age, term, place and price. Confirm what is right, correct what is wrong. You set the places status, so parents can see whether there is room left, and the unconfirmed mark disappears from your groups.
You also publish trial sessions, open Playsa's queue with a waiting list and get an alert when you have both a queue and a free place.
What it costs
Nothing the first year, counted from when the search page opened. That applies to every organiser alike, regardless of size, and the queue is included. Parents never pay Playsa anything.
How it works
You start the claim here. One code goes by email to the address on your own website. When the code is entered, Playsa checks the claim within one working day. Then the page is yours.
When you take over the page you accept the terms for organisers and the data processing agreement. Feel free to read them first.
Common questions
Who may take over the page?
Someone who represents the organisation. That is why the code goes to the email address on your own website, never to a private address, and Playsa checks the claim before the page becomes yours.
Do we have to change systems?
No. Playsa shows your groups whatever system you use today. No lock-in, no setup fee and no commission.
What happens to groups we do not answer for?
They stay as unconfirmed under your name for 30 days after the claim. After that they are hidden until you answer, so parents never see details nobody has checked.
What does it cost after the first year?
The same price list for every organiser, whether you are a club, a music school or a company. We will be in touch in good time before the free year ends, and you decide then whether to continue.
